/echo-jobs
Echo
Takes raw user input in any form: interview transcripts, support tickets, survey responses, or user descriptions and produces structured JTBD statements. Each statement includes the functional job the user is trying to do, the emotional job (how they want to feel while doing it), frequency, intensity, and an underserved score.

When to use
When defining the core use case for a new feature and want the framing to be job-oriented rather than solution-oriented. When a team disagrees about what the product is fundamentally for and needs a JTBD framework as the shared reference point for prioritization.
