Tonone works inside Claude Code. If you have Claude Code installed, you're two commands away from a full AI team.

Installation steps

01

Install Claude Code

Tonone runs inside Claude Code (v1.0+). If you don't have it yet, install it first. Everything else depends on it.

Get Claude Code
02

Add Tonone to your marketplace

$ claude plugin marketplace add tonone-ai/tonone

Run this once inside Claude Code. Adds Tonone to your plugin marketplace.

03

Install the plugin

$ claude plugin install tonone@tonone-ai

Installs the Tonone plugin. All 31 agents and 206 skills are now available.

04

Start talking to your team

Run any skill directly, or start with Apex to let it coordinate the right specialists.

Your first skill

Good starting points for common scenarios:

/apex-planAsk Apex to plan and scope any project before writing code.
/warden-auditRun a full security audit of your codebase.
/forge-infraBuild production infrastructure from scratch with IaC.

What happens next

Apex presents options, not just output

When you run /apex-plan, Apex scopes the work first. It presents S, M, and L options, each with a time and token cost estimate. You choose the depth before any code is written.

Specialists own their lane

You can call any specialist directly or go through Apex. Either way, the specialist brings deep domain knowledge, not a generalist guess.
