Renders the output from any Tonone agent as a styled HTML page and opens it in the browser. Handles all the layout, sections, tables, and Mermaid diagram rendering. Used when findings are too detailed for the terminal: takeover reports, audit results, architecture maps, and any analysis that benefits from formatted presentation.
