Unified communication protocol across all 21 agents
Every agent now follows the same language rules: direct verbs, no hedging, no filler. Output is crisper and more consistent across the whole team.

What changed
All 21 agents received a Communication Protocol upgrade, rolling the old output-kit Language Rules into a full protocol with explicit rules:
- -Active voice, direct verbs
- -No hedging phrases ('you may want to', 'consider', 'it might be worth')
- -No filler openers
- -Caveman-compressed prose in technical sections
The agent template also ships with the protocol, so new agents inherit it by default.
Also fixed
Plugin hooks were inlined directly into the root plugin.json manifest. Previously, an install validation bug prevented hooks from registering on fresh installs.
If you installed Tonone before v0.6.6, reinstall to get the notification and update-check hooks:
